Assisted client in acquisition of 41,000 square feet of commercial real estate in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities included negotiation and drafting of Purchase and Sale Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions, conducting title due diligence and coordination of environmental due diligence and management of outside environmental consultants.

Assisted client in negotiations, documentation and closing the sale of a research center in Mountain View, California, including related environmental indemnities.

Primary management of 69 turbine $48 million wind energy project representing the world’s leading private wind energy developer. Structured, negotiated and drafted complex project documentation and managed the deal through closing. Included daily contact with senior level management on all sides of the deal.

Primary management from term sheet through closing of two 3 turbine wind energy projects valued at approximately $1.5 million each.

Assisted in numerous components of a 62 turbine wind energy project financing and eventual disposition valued at approximately $70 million as a member of the project developer’s project finance team. Responsibilities included negotiation and drafting of major project documents, real estate documentation, software licensing and escrow documentation, and drafting the environmental opinion letter.

Assisted in numerous components of a 33 turbine wind energy project valued at approximately $50 million as a member of the project developer’s project finance team. Responsibilities included negotiation and drafting of numerous project documents relating to the real property interests transferred, environmental indemnities and permitting, and software licensing and escrow agreement.
