Structured, negotiated, documented and closed one of Inktomi’s largest software deals in Fiscal Year 2000 valued at over $14,000,000.
OEMs:
Structured, negotiated, documented and closed OEM relationships with Dell Computer Corporation and Eprise Corporation. Structured, negotiated, documented and closed Amendments to OEM Agreements with each of F5 Networks, Hewlett-Packard Company, Compaq and 3Com.
VARs:
Primary legal and business affairs counselor to the Content Networking Solutions Group Reseller Program at Inktomi. Management of the standard Reseller forms.
Mitsubishi Electric Company: Structured, negotiated documented and closed one of Inktomi’s most significant Asian reseller relationships.
GE Access/Sun Microsystems: Structured, negotiated, documented and closed Inktomi’s first “fulfillment house” relationship for bundling Inktomi Traffic Server onto Sun Microsystems’ hardware.
Strategic in-bound licensing has included numerous transactions in support of Business Development teams for both Inktomi’s Search Division and its Network Products Division.
Internet Services Transactions
Structured, negotiated, documented and closed one of the largest Portal Services deals in Inktomi’s history, valued in excess of $7,450,000.
Amendment to Information Services Agreement to provide for Web Search Monetization Program and additional language support.
Amendment to Portal Services Agreement to extend Web Search services to Asian Microsoft Networks properties.
Led renegotiation and restructuring of Information Services Agreement, including complex global pricing business model, for all of Terra Networks’ affiliated properties.
Structured, negotiated, documented and closed AT&T WorldNet Service Destination Site Agreement which was Inktomi’s most strategic Commerce Division transaction of Fiscal Year 2000.
